Governance
Trust & autonomy
Every employee earns autonomy over time. Trust is a running score; the score maps to one of four levels, and the level decides what the employee may do without you.
An employee that stops working slides back down: after 7 days without activity, its score fades on a 7-day half-life. While it keeps working (asking for an approval counts) it keeps its level, so people being away or slow to approve never demotes it. Autonomy is continuously earned, never granted once.
Thresholds, decay half-life, and approval/grant lifetimes are yours to tune in Company → Rules, Trust levels.
What each level can do
Below its level an action is blocked; actions marked Approval always wait for a person, whatever the level. Click a level to filter. This is fixed by Utalis; who approves is up to you in Company → Rules, Approval rules.

How Policies Work:
An employee does its job at every level. Each line shows from which trust level it does that kind of action without asking; below it, the action waits for a person's approval with its exact details. Actions marked Approval always need a person's approval, whatever the trust level, and your approval rules (Settings, Approvals) decide who gives it. Trust levels are earned through verified work, and approved actions count toward it.
